A ‘Cleanliness Drive’ was organised by the Sanitation Committee in which the faculty of all departments guided the 6th semester students in cleaning the Mualpui Campus on the 22nd April 2022.
Each department was assigned to clean a specific area. The allotments were as follows: -
1. Commerce building-Dept. of Commerce
2. Administrative Building 1st floor-Dept. of Hindi
3. Administrative Building 2nd floor-Dept. of Mizo
4. Administrative Building 3rd floor-Dept. of Political Science
5. Academic (Arts) Building 1st floor-Dept. of History
6. Academic (Arts) Building 2nd floor-Dept. of English
7. Academic (Arts) Building 3rd floor-Dept. of Sociology
8. Academic (Arts) Building 4th floor-Dept. of Education
9. Academic (Arts) Building 5th floor-Dept. of Economics
The cleaning was mainly carried out by the females while the male members of the faculty along with the male students were in-charge of cleaning the surrounding areas.
In short, work, laughter and tiffins were shared in what transpired to be a fruitful yet joyous event.
