The Department of Sociology organised a Special Lecture and Interaction with Dr. Vaishali Krishna in the Sociology Core Room, Mualpui campus, on the 31st July 2023. The programme was meant for the 5th Semester Core students of Sociology. The special lecture was delivered by Dr. Vaishali Krishna, Assistant Professor, Centre for Russian and Central Asian Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.
The programme was chaired by Mrs. Rosie Vanlalruati Ralte, Assistant Professor. The resource person shared her knowledge and experience of international relations, human resource management, NEP 2020 and various job opportunities available for students. A lively interaction session followed. Sixty final-year students attended the special lecture. The session was held for 2 hours, between 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
