Among a number of new facilities made possible by the move in June 2022 to the permanent and more spacious premises of the Mualpui campus, the college now has an outdoor basketball court. It was inaugurated by the Minister for Sports & Youth Services, Pu Robert Romawia Royte, on the 7th December 2022.
Situated directly below the Academic Building and on level with the basement, preparations for the court's construction began in mid-2022 but could not be immediately continued due to financial constraints. It was finally completed in October 2022. A total of Rs. 11 lakhs was spent on its construction with funds from RUSA and other sources. It is hoped to have resurfacing done soon on the rough floor of the court.
