Upon invitation from the organisers, the Entrepreneurship Knowledge Cell selected nine students from Commerce and Economics Departments to attend the Accelerating Startup Calibre & Entrepreneurial Drive (ASCEND) MIZORAM Startup Workshop on the 15th November 2022. The Workshop was organised jointly by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India and the Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC), Planning & Programme Implementation Department, Government of Mizoram and was conducted at the auditorium of the Taxation Department, MINECO. This workshop comprised of sensitization and awareness sessions, as well as knowledge sharing sessions for startups, budding entrepreneurs, aspiring student entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship trainers in Mizoram.

The students were accompanied by two faculty members- Lalnunmawii Ralte, Dept.of Commerce and Lalmuansangi, Dept. of Economics.
