On July 11, 2023, the Department of Education organised a programme titled ‘Alumni Inspire: One Step Closer’ to which they invited their alumnus, Lalfawndimi (Education Topper 2021), who recently joined Bank of Maharashtra as a Deputy Manager, to give a motivational speech to their Core students. The programme was attended by 60 students and 9 teachers.
Ms. Lalfawndimi shared her experience of becoming a subject topper and how she studied and prepared for exams. She emphasised the importance of hard work, perseverance, regularity, and library visits. She also shared her journey to becoming a Deputy Manager and patiently answered all the questions from the students and teachers. The chairperson concluded the programme by encouraging the students to work hard.
