On the 17th February 2023, an Awareness Campaign on NCS Portal and Registration was organised by the Student Support and Progression Cell in collaboration with the National Career Service Centre and District Employment Exchange, Aizawl at the college Conference Hall, Mualpui Campus.
The National Career Service is one of the mission mode projects under the umbrella of e-Governance Plan. NCS provides a host of career-related services such as dynamic job matching, career counselling, job notifications, vocational guidance, information on skill development courses, internships and alike.
The expert from NCS gave information on the NCS portal (www.ncs.gov.in) which has been operationalized, a platform to provide a wide range of online services including job placement, vacancy notification, information on formal training programmes, on-the-job training and much more.
The programme was attended by forty-six (46) 6th Semester students and faculty members.
