At the Blood Donation Camp organised by the NSS and RRC at Aizawl Civil Hospital on the 10th August 2023, a total of 33 blood units were collected from 25 male and 8 female donors, all from the 5th semester Political Science and Sociology departments.
The college NSS and RCC have recently introduced a new arrangement for blood donation to encourage better distribution of donor participation. Two departments/classes will pair up to donate blood on given occasions as below –

3. Economics & English
4. Mizo & History
5. Commerce (3rd & 5th)
6. III Sem BA Section A & Commerce (1st Sem)
7. III Sem Sections B & C
8. I Sem (Political Science & Sociology)
9. I Sem (Education & Hindi)
10. I Sem (Economics & English)
11. I Sem (Mizo & History)
It is hoped that this will pave a way for more students and donors to step forward to save the lives of patients desperately in need of blood.
