The Civil Service Aspirants' Club has drawn a memorandum of understanding with Eleos Study Centre, Aizawl, owned by Mr. Eleazar Tetea Hmar, for the promotion of studies to enable students to enter civil services. It will be valid for a period of one year, classrooms will be provided by the college and the Centre will allow college students/ CSAC members to attend classes free of cost.

The CSAC has been revitalizing itself, after almost a full year's closure of the college due to C-19, with online mock tests conducted on a weekly basis. Google form is used for the tests with two hours allotted for each paper. Small monetary prizes by way of incentive are awarded to the best three students.
