The Department of Economics had an industrial visit/ field survey to F.Hrangvela Enterprise (Checker Tiles & Interlocking Pavers Industry), Luangmual and VLH Industry (Ever Clear Bottled Water Industry) Sakawrtuichhun on the 25th May 2022. Thirty-two outgoing students accompanied by two faculty members participated in the survey. The field survey was conducted to study the socio-economic conditions of the employees along with the marketing strategy, structure and operation involved in the making of Tiles and Bottled water.
Students interacted with employees, and conducted personal interviews with the Supervisor (F. Hrangvela Enterprise) and the Senior Manager (VLH Industries). The students also had a chance of a hands-on experience in the production of tiles and mineral water. It was an informative, interesting and a successful visit. The day ended with a Graduation Day program followed by dinner at RTP Resort, Luangmual.
