Friday the 27th July was a busy day at college. While the NSS blood donation drive was underway, there were two workshops for the teaching faculty. One was a Workshop on Sensitization on New Methodology of National Accreditation & Council's Accreditation organised by GAC-IQAC and spearheaded by Dr. Lalthansangi Fanai, Coordinator, GAC-IQAC. It was held at 10 am in the college Conference Hall.
The other was a Workshop on Innovative Teaching Skills using MS PowerPoint organised by the ICT Cell. It was held in the Faculty Lounge at 11.30 am. Mr. Lalnunpuia Sailo, Contract Lecturer, Dept. of Commerce, was the Resource Person. It was organised following the UGC's prescription that more classes at the college level be given using powerpoint presentations and other IT-enabled teaching aids.
