The Hon'ble Minister for Higher & Technical Education, Dr. R. Lalthangliana, visited the new college campus at Mualpui on the 27th August 2019. He was accompanied by officials from the Secretariat and Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, as well as the Principal and several faculty and staff members. Among other things, he proposed that the present approach road to the campus should avoid the disputed area which is being contested in a court case, and instead be diverted near the Girls’ Hostel. He recommended that the Revenue dept. should look into the matter and that the college contact the PWD Road Division. He also offered to study the details of the land dispute, tracing it from its early beginnings.
We are deeply grateful to the Minister for taking time to personally inspect our new campus and sincerely hope it will bear fruitful results.
