An expert team constituted by the Vice Chancellor, Mizoram University, visited the college on the 18th November 2021 to evaluate the feasibility of granting provisional affiliation for the MA (Education) course. The expert team consisted of the following:

  1. Prof. Lalhmasai Chuaungo, Department of Education, MZU, Convener
  2. Prof. Lynda Zohmingliani, Department of Education, MZU, Member
  3. Mr. R. Lallianzuala, Jt. Director, H&TE, Govt. of Mizoram
  4. Prof. Lalbiakdiki Hnamte, Director, College Development Council, MZU

The team members arrived at 11 am and were received by the Vice Principal, Mr. Lalbiakzuala and IQAC Coordinator, Dr. Lalthansangi Fanai. Faculty from the concerned department present for the occasion were:

  5. Dr. R Lalthankhumi

Interaction between the expert team and the faculty was held in the Faculty Lounge. All necessary documents requested by the team were provided. These were evaluated for authenticity and all queries raised by the team were verified by the department faculty and the vice principal. After this, physical facilities such as the MA classroom and faculty room with available furniture as well as the library were visited. All members gathered again at the Faculty Lounge where each member of the expert team shared their views and recommendations to the gathering. All documents necessary for submission to the Director, College Development Council, were compiled and submitted. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks from the Vice Principal.
