The college Staff Welfare Association had a farewell programme on the 31st July 2020 for Mrs. K. Malsawmi, Associate Professor, Dept. of Education, who has retired on superannuation pension. She joined the college as lecturer on 1.6.1983 after completing her MA from Gauhati University. She was an active member of the faculty until a diagnosis of breast cancer in April 2018 forced her to cut back on her professional duties. She lives in Tlangnuam, Aizawl, with her husband Mr. PC Ramchhanzauva and son Joshua Vanlalhriatpuia.
