A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on the 17th February 2023, between the Mizoram Table Tennis Association and Govt. Aizawl College which was represented by two members of the college Sports Committee, Dr. Lalmalsawma Khiangte, Associate Professor, Political Science, and Mrs. Ngurhmingliani Sailo, Associate Professor, Education. Initiatives were taken with the help of Mrs. N. Sailo, who is herself a well-established table-tennis player.
