Mr. Lalsangzuala Khiangte, Associate Professor, Dept. of Political Science, was awarded a Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) by Mizoram University on the 22nd November 2018. His thesis was on "Election Commission of India: Changing Role and Functions."
