Dr. Nirupa Saikia, Associate Professor and Head, Department of English, has been placed to Professor (Stage 5) with effect from the 26th August 2020 as per notification No.A.32013/11/2019-HTE/126 issued by the Govt. of Mizoram, Higher & Technical Education. Professor Saikia joined Govt. Aizawl College in 1986 and will retire in April 2021.
The college congratulates her on her academic achievement.
