Pu R. Lalchhuanawma, Associate Professor and Head, Dept. of Economics, retired on superannuation pension on the 28.2.2023.
He matriculated from St. Paul's High School, Aizawl, completed his BA from St. Edmunds College in 1980 and MA in Economics from NEHU Shillong in 1982. He then joined Kolasib College and later Serchhip College, eventually joining Govt. Aizawl College on the 28th March 2016. He has recently been plagued with several medical ailments.
We wish him a happy retirement life with his wife and four children and three grandchildren at their residence in Nursery Veng, Aizawl.
