A RUSA Workshop on Governance and Reforms in Higher Education was held on the 29th July 2017 between 1 - 2.30 pm at the college Conference Hall. It was organised by the RUSA Innovative and Best Practices Cell.
Chaired by Dr. Lalthansangi Fanai, Cell Chairperson, the Co-ordinator of RUSA-GAC, Mr Thanglura first gave a report detailing the various achievements and projects undertaken by RUSA at the institution. Dr. K.L. Pradhan, Secretary, SHEC and Additional Director, SPD-RUSA, then addressed the gathering, giving broad outlines of the aims and objectives of RUSA, the works accomplished thus far throughout Mizoram, and plans for the future. Having been part of the college teaching faculty before being drafted into the adminstrative workforce, he particularly exhorted his former colleagues to make the utmost advantage of the benefits offered by RUSA.
The meeting ended with a vote of thanks from Mrs. Lalchhandami, Cell Co-ordinator.
