A national seminar on 'Entrepreneurship and Socio-Economic Development in North-East India' was organised on the 30th October 2019, by the GAC Research Consultancy and Extension Cell in collaboration with the State Planning and Programme Implementation Department (Research and Development Branch), Govt. of Mizoram, at the college Conference Hall.
The seminar was inaugurated by Dr. Lalrinchhana, Deputy Adviser cum Deputy Secretary, Planning & Programme Implementation Department, while Prof. Jyoti Kumar, DEAN, SEMIS, Mizoram University delivered a keynote address.
Scholars from Tripura, Manipur and West Bengal, as well as from various colleges within Mizoram, presented papers.
